A store mainly of clothes, almost all the brands are inside and there is also a variety of sizes. Prices are the same as malls and other stores. There are few promotions. Good quality and there is room to improve the service. But all in all there is a shopping experience in the most central place in Prague

Worst experience ever. I went to look at clothes that would suit me for the coming winter. I didn't choose anything and was surrounded by security when I left. They think that sweater which I have on me( and which I buy year ago in Germany) is from store. Rude security treat me like a thief front off another customers. they started to search me and looked at the tags from my clothes. I have never been more humiliated. Instead of a proper apology, they just said that people steal a lot and that they have the same sweater on offer. Never again. Stay away!

The security guards in this shop do not correspond of the level of the brands and prices inside. They chase you and when you exit they stop you and ask to show what's in your pockets and touching you all over. When they find nothing they don't even apologize. Very rude and inadequate behavior. Never coming back.

The security is just wild running after you while you shopping and pretending as a customer. Then whe you exit they start to check you and touch your belongings such as purse and clothes on you. Its just humiliation. Im never coming back. Awful service

At 7:50 I was going to try a pant but the worker told me don’t try it because we are closing in 10 minutes he talk to me in a very rude way and I felt I was disrespected. Bad customer service.

One of the worst stores I’ve ever shopped in.
Staff look down at you, are extremely rude, unhelpful, give incorrect information and it’s expensive for the old stock it sells.
I bought a pair of jogging pants in this store, I was told I could return them and get my money back on my card if needed.
Upon returning, I was told by a very rude, arrogant assistant, ‘No/ Impossible, I can’t have my money back on my card I paid for the item with, cash only, there was no other way.’
I was left waiting for the manager for about 15 minutes.
I’ve travelled to many countries and never experienced this level of appalling customer service, rudeness and incompetence..

Probably the best shopping center in Prague. Lots of popular brands, good selection and reasonable prices. Service is top shelf comparing to czech standards. Way better than Palladium or Chodov mall for clothing.

Variety of brands, display, and a few professional and friendly sales assistants.
Unfortunately, I summarize, the store is understaffed, and the security employees can make you feel a bit uncomfortable, especially if you are tired and exhausted from walking and looking around the floors...,
For the right item and some help, because of the lack of the staff.

I do understand, you can book personal shopping in advance, however, sometimes you need just a quick purchase etc..

Please, hire a few more sales assistants, and explain to your security team to be more smiling, well coming, than looking at you suspiciously, as the rushing customer can be.

Regarding the credit of the store, there is a trio of the exceptionally helpful ladies/sales assistants on the 4th floor, the blond ladies, and a petite brunette, very salutary, they are trying to help you as much as they can.
