This store gets better and better. They are adding goods available to direct buy, you don't need to order those online. Usually it's accessories, cables, but they added coffee and beverages recently. There are more in the back house warehouse, all are available via the web and their in-store mounted screens. Use the movie app if you don't want to lose too much time waiting. Happy shopping

It is a big apartment but the kitchen utensils are not good there ist jut one very small pan and i could not put two slices of bread in it. The bed is very soft maybe a bit too soft for me. Worth it’s price

A small Alza office. Transactions are made by taking a queue number. There is not much variety of products inside. However, there are delivery boxes.

I ordered a quest3 with delivery to Alza shop so I can get a tax free document - as it was advised on alza webpage. When I picked up the package, the employee was trying to issue the mentioned doc for a 20min and then he said the system is down, but I will collect all your data and you will receive it by email. Next day I received email, I have to visit shop as they don't have all necessary data. Next day in Alza, employee said they are not issuing this doc at all and I must contact Call center. He didn't even try to solve it! The worst service ever! I will never order something again!

Good e-shop. You can pay in advance and choose to pick up from one of the 3 shops in Brno. You can also pay on place. Staff was speaking english, online support too. Our order was ready for pick up the next day.
