Einer von fünf Adventsmärkten in Brno, nicht der größte aber nett. Schöne Krippe und Aktivitäten für Kinder

Nothing memorable, nothing wrong. Just the expected Christmas Market atmosphere. Lot of boiled alcoholic beverages, wine, schnaps, local spirits from early in the morning. Overall, a good experience in a fine town.

Small christmas market with only food booths but terrific wooden nativity presentation.

The Christmas market in the city happens nearly 3 squares, this is one of them. Here you can find a big nativity scene and a lot of food stands. In this area, you can also find handcraft goods made of wool and other winter friendly materials. Not all of these stands take credit cards so it’s better if you can bring some cash with you. The food market offers little to no vegetarian or vegan options but you can find non-alcoholic beverages if that’s something you need as well. At most of the stands there is at least one person speaking in English which is super convenient.
