Stunning hotel, with elegantly decorated comfort rooms. |I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. |The real star of the hotel was the restaurant. Amazing dining experience, cosy and inviting. The menu was a culinary delight with very attentive and funny service. Very familiar atmosphere.

This was a pleasant place to stay. The rooms were adequate and comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like, but it’s common in the EU, is the lack of a shower. You have a handheld sprayer in the tub

The location is great and we visited nearby Kolonáda Reistna and Mikulov easily. We arrived back at the hotel late but they accommodated us in the kitchen and served hot soup and tartare. The staff was pleasant and helpful

This is perfect. The room is large, cool, perfectly clean, lovely bathroom and very quiet. The meal we had this evening was one of the best meals I have ever had and we were only on half board. Brilliant place|

We stayed two nights. The rooms was perfectly clean, quite spacious and very modern. There were free amenities both in the bathroom and in the minibar. The bed was comfy, even though for my girlfriend a bit harder. The provided wellness has massages, a whirlpool and a finish sauna. Both whirlpool and sauna are of good quality, there is even a cold pool to chill yourself (not just a cold shower). The personnel was kind and knowledgeable. The hotel offers laundry service for a decent price and offers iron to borrow free of charge. The wi-fi is of decent quality, well enough for streaming videos. The only minus was a bit unbalanced performance of the kitchen. Breakfast was one day a bit poor, the other day much better (although they both times horribly overcooked what were probably supposed to be sunny side up eggs). Dinners were ok, although not special. The soups were bit bleak and the onion soup was super oily. On the other hand the pork tenderloin with potatoes and beet root was nice and the trout with butter poached veggies was delicious.

We waited over an hour for our food. Our first choice was not available and we found this out after we had ordered it. The waitress wrote everything down correctly, however the kitchen staff/chef, decided to ignore our wishes and the food that was served did not meet our expectations. Its a shame as the decor and surroundings were very nice. There was only person to act as waitress, bar staff, to clear tables and do everything. More staff definitely needed or they will lose custom deservedly.

We were very surprised at how nice this hotel was. It is quaint from the outside and very nice inside. Has a spa also that we did not use. The room was very comfortable and clean. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very good and many choices. They also have a restaurant that we ate in and the food was delicious. Bar also. Nice area for children to play. Good parking. I would stay here again if we go back to this area. Great wine and we walked to a couple wine bars that offered many choices of wines and tastings. Enjoyed our stay!! If you are going to this area, you will not be disappointed to stay here.

Hotel is few steps from square and castle, just accross from restaurant Valtická rychta, which is definitely the best in Valtice. Hotel is very likeable, with cosy restaurant, great coffee and vey tasty desserts. ||Our room was in 2nd floor, divided to bedroom, bathroom and some kind of living space with a table and two armchairs (and wine glasses prepared :-)). Very nice and cosy furniture, solid bed with perfect mattress. ||I have to say the breakfast was much more that I´ve expected - not only it was very abundant, but everything was very tasty - I havent eaten so great scrambled eggs for years, not even from my mother 🙂 ||There´s also small wellness area, with a sauna and whirlpool, possible to be closed only for you. ||The only problem (and explanation of this missing star) was noise during the night, coming from disco which is very close - we´ve been there for a weekend and both nights we´ve heard the dance music beats maybe till 3 AM....I don´t have problems to fall asleep, but I was awake several times.....
