Breakfast not for 4stars hotel but only 2-3*....Small room...Location..too far from city.. only wellness was perfect. Holiday good for seniors...around the hotel is nothing. The staff poor. The hotel was top expensive and the quality not good

Came here before and now again because it is family friendly . Too bad . The plus is the breakfast but not too many healthy options . ||The negatives ? Too many to list . Staff not friendly except for housekeeping. Amenities dated . None of the fitness bikes worked , the fitness center is in a garage . Spa services not worth paying for . Location is not conducive to walking . Bar poorly stocked . Saunas start at 4 pm stop at 9 pm ||Pool area and locker not well kept . ||I can’t say I would recommend this place to anyone . Quite dissatisfied. ||If you have the chance stay closer town and get the benefits .

The positives are: the staff are very friendly and also the food is extremely good. The negatives are: the maxi-price and the micro-toilet in the room. Strange that the en-suite has 2 showers plus hand basin but the WC is in a separate `cupboard`. The bedroom itself is OK but just a little too much furniture makes it seem cramped.||Anyone going to this hotel in warm weather will be delighted with the balcony and beautiful views. December`s cold weather rather nullifies this facility.||We booked 5 nights half pension plus the New Year celebrations, all went well but I felt the price was very high for Czech Republic. Hence, satisfaction diminished.

The hotel is set in lovely countryside and offers a good acoomodation for reasonable price. When full, the service is very slow in the restaurant, although the food was good - simple breakfast, tasty dinner with choice of three main courses and a very limited salad bar. My only real issue was dirty glasses in the restaurant. It is a nice place to stay for good value, if you want to be flexible, you have to have a car, as it is quite far from everything and hotel shuttle bus timetable is very limited (and only is available on workdays).

We had a very nice and relaxing stay at the hotel. It would suit all age categories yet with great deal of privacy and comfort. There is a selection of sport activities available, from swimming to tennis and bike rentals, not to mention spa procedures that can be rescheduled if needed. Beautiful view to the valley from most of the rooms with balconies.

Very interesting locality especially if you want to spend some time with outdoor activities. Hotel is well equiped for nearly all sorts of sports and you can combine with spa procedures. I have to appreciate the staff did their best to help and to keep the place clean and good looking. If only they improve the restaurant quality and service a little bit, I would have no objections. Keep going!

Quiet location overlooking the valley with dam lake. Recommendable for active relaxation - minigolf, beach volleybalový court, tennis court, golf putting green, sauna (infra sauna works poorly), swimming pool, gym, squash, big rooms for kids games...|| Room enough equipped, TV, free wi-fi throughout the building, the view from the balcony to valley. The hotel staff was less friendly, probably nervous about the preparations for the wedding feast. Food good - pork steak with grilled vegetables (the waiter's mistake, was ordered with beans and bacon), fried liver, salad with tuna and salad with salmon. The organization of breakfast and dining culture in the future can be better. Only limited wine selection - Sovín winery and Augustinian wine cellars, I would expect a wider selection when the wine region Slovácko is closely...

Fairly good place located high above Luhačovice. Generally adheres to the 4* standard. Rooms are quite small, equipped with working AC, balcony, bathroom with shower and bathtub. Hotel services are what you would expect at this price. Food is definitely above typical czech quality, guest dinners are well-prepared and served professionally. Very nice swimming pools (several options), children playground with good access. Two small negatives - and I need to be nitpicky here because of the expected standard: poor internet connection on provided wifi, slightly yellow-ish hot running water. The most disturbing factor was a wedding event organized on Saturday, which took some toll on hotel services - especially restaurant was much slower and waiters visibly exhausted, parking was full, and there was some slight disturbance and noise in the evening.
