I would like to share with you my experience with JETSURF.

Your boards are not meant for travel or adventure at all.
Two serious breakdowns in a month with adventure dfi 2021!
Advertising where guys are free to ride far away on the boards is a dangerous lie!
Twice I found myself in open water with a dead board far from the shore, which poses a real threat to life.
The problem that service warmly offer to solve for $900 is that due to the slightest debris entering the cooling system and the entire exhaust system burns out, flooding the engine.
If you are not afraid of an engine dead like a brick and a burning exhaust system in the literal sense of the word, then imagine that the board begins to flood right in open water!
The built-in pump simply cannot pumping out water. And all this for $12,000!
But the most interesting thing is that the guys from JETSURFUSA, talking with a smile about brotherhood, family, etc., will immediately roll out a bill for several hundred dollars, referring to the fact that this is the problem of the owner of the board, and not the problem of the manufacturer. Yes, they made a discount on the first repair, saying that such a breakdown is a huge rarity. But it happened again two weeks later in the crystal clear ocean on Sunny Isles beach and I was offered to pay again $900 for repairs.
Bottom line: The 12k board is not designed to be operated further than 100ft offshore with crystal clear water for those who are willing to feed the JETSURF service regularly with hundreds of dollars.
That issue must be fixed by factory recall!

Now good idea meet with bad business!

JetSurf has terrible customer service. I have been ignored several times when attempting to buy a board. These boards are not cheap, so if I am having issues receiving a response from staff to simply PURCHASE a board, imagine how horrible the technical support is on these machines. I refuse to buy one because I have never seen a company so poorly operated in my life. If you buy a $13,000 board, good luck to you, I hope it doesn’t break down because you won’t even get a response from staff.
