Surprise surprise 😉 Nice and modern cash & carry. Wide range of premium products. Lots of craft beers and balsamic vinegars. Local products and world delicates. I have customers card but it is not working here. But polite cashier helped me. Thanks 😉

2 stars only because of ONE but very important thing. Well, the supermarket itself is so nice, one of my favourite, always finding there everything I need. But..... the staff!!!! Their attitude is so bad with the customers ESPECIALLY if you are not a local person! Just guess what, they don't even care that the foreigners CAN understand them means all the things they are saying about us! That's so offensive!!! First place goes to a big blond woman who is acting like a queen and doesn't even care about any service in this place!!! I would be really surprised if she is a manager of this store! Good words can say only about all really young girls and guys there, they are really friendly and very polite, can speak English most of them?

Same as many people said it before, the staff is so rude and acting like we are coming into their house uninvited.
But, just to mention this is quite common here. People are so rude and disrespectful, this is the one thing that puts me off whilst I am planning to come to Czech Republic.
