Tried two of the most typical Czech dishes and liked both of them. The white dumplings are super soft and almost taste like white sandwich bread. The potato dumplings, on the other hand, are rather hard and chewy and taste similar to boiled potatoes.

Excellent place with local cuisine. Food freshly prepared and delicious. Zander fillet absolutely spectacular. Salad on the side wonderful, lightly sweet and sour. Truly gem, not to be missed when visiting Valtice. Highly recommend.

Chutné jedlo. Velmi dobre! Borsch was super tasty, not that similar to Ukrainian borscht though. Deer steak was also good, well cooked. I wish they had homemade lemonade, more choice of non-alcoholic drinks. Staff was pleasant! 😊

The food is delicious. The portion of goulash is average. The service itself does not follow the quality of the food. Half the waiters are rude. However, I recommend visiting the place just for the food.Goulash and dumplings are paid for and ordered separately, which was not previously stated. But it's still a decent price.

A typical Czech restaurant – smelly, ugly huge chairs and dirty table-cloths. The food is not good – very bland and tasteless. Prices would be alright if it tasted good but it didn’t. I really really wonder where they got these 4,5 stars and so many reviews. A little fishy, isn’t it?

All in all, it is not worth it. You can find much better restaurants around.

The restaurant may not look like it, but the food was simply delicious. The selection of wines was great, the prices were absolutely reasonable and service pleasant.

Really nice place. The service polite and organised. We got our order after just 10 minutes and everything was fresh and tasty.
