Očko s ovcikami Němčičky je idealni lokalita pro ty, ktorí preberújúira farmíci a očko. Je odosúdenie od centra Prahy asi 2 hodiny autem. Farma má len malú jumlah pokojov, accordingly recommended je dopredu zarezervovať pokoj previem. Cena pre pokoj je okolo 2500 CZK na jednodenný stay.

Food is good, location is kinda remote from the main roads. Animals are cute. But the sad part was that you have to book a brunch (around 2500czk for a person) to be able to even enter the area with alpacas 🦙 😢

Great place|We did visit for family celebration. Team prepare for us very nice evening , very tasty dinner and have to say that we did appreciate hospitality of team and as well that they provide us enough privacy. Thanks to team. I’m sure that there is enough activity’s around which could be done but we did not have time. For this reason we are committing to come back.

The surrounding of the hotel is amazing - beautiful nature, possibilities to go jogging, cycling or admire the wine cellars. The disadvantage is that you have to drive to the closest village or take a long walk of 5 kilometers. The rooms are pretty tiny although hey have a nice view. Shockingly, the staff would not let you order lunches or they would not serve you food when you are hungry. The typical reply to everything is a strong "no". Quite disappointing considering the potential of the place. i guess the owners need to learn a hospitality lesson.

Nice place for a short stay if you have a car to get around, otherwise there is not much to do. The restaurant menu is very limited and the rooms are tiny, but the breakfast and view make it worth a visit.

First stay was my wedding two years ago, second, now, was a big family gathering - and again, they did it. Great food, nice people, perfect service. nice, clean rooms, good value for money. Next time we need a place for a big party with rooms, we definitely come back. Good job guys!

I just visited the restaurant. The food was tasty, but we had to wait more than usual. It is a bit more expensive, but I consider those extra money as a fee for watching the animals on the farm .

we booked this hotel / restaurant as our wedding venue. Rooms are pretty small, missing the usual hotel inventory. At the end we did not use the accommodation at all, because the owner CANCELED the whole thing 8 days before - this gives me now the authority to say to avoid this place and especially its owners. The communication from the venue was terrible, no clear information always coming up with something unexpected. Food was okay, nothing extraordinary, price for night and food are above average compared to others. There are much better places around this location for a stay

Nice and quiet family farm with very nice view to nearby vineyards and fields, with tasty food, homemade products including wine and a beer from small brewery. Ideal to escape from rush of big cities. There is also indoor and outdoor playground for children with a sandbox, slide and trampoline always surrounded by friendly cats.
Around 100 m from the main building you can go to watch chicken and sheep.
