I have never ever experienced such awful customer service. Not only was the food real dissapointment (it had to be sent back because it was cold) but to have the waitress and manager make numerous extremely racist comments was shocking. You wouldn't tolerate this kind of behaviour in McDonald's, let alone a fine dining experience.

I was really disappointed by the managements manor tonight when we complained about our servers performance.
We had the wrong food brought to our table, then it was brought back cold.
When we complained the manager tried to blame my wife's accent for the servers mistake.
Truly disappointed by the overall performance of the restaurant

Wow! What a find! We were travelling to Buchlovice but just had to stop at the Vinice. It looks totally new. It seems small from the road, but when you get around the back, you can see it's actually on 3 levels. I love the mix of industrial concrete style but with lights shaped like flying birds & so many herbs growing all over. They have deckchairs on the grass with vineyards behind you. They have inside seating, under cover seating, and a roof terrace as well. We tried the frzzante wine. I recommend this place & will come again..

I have honestly never experienced such awful customer service and racist staff. I'm a fluent Czech speaker but have a slight accent as I grew up abroad and from the minute I phoned up to make a reservation, it was an issue.

The waitress wouldn't give the party a menu in English and said I'd have to translate. When we made our order, she got it wrong and tried to blame it on me, even though she repeated our order back to us multiple times and we confirmed it was correct. The food was cold so we had to send it back, so 3 of us finished our meal before the other 3 had even started. After asking to speak to the manager, both himself and the waitress started making extremely rude comments and even laughing at us, and then began saying things like "if you're in the Czech Republic your party needs to behave like Czechs" even though I explained that they're tourists from England and it's normal for them to complain when the service and food wasn't ok. They also made racist comments to me and my husband, and started asking other customers if foreigners should behave like Czechs if they're in this country.

It was honestly the most embarrassing situation for our visitors and I'm shocked that this happened in 2024 - I have never experienced anything like it in the Czech Republic.

I was also on the look out for a wine supplier for a company event - I mentioned this to the manager and he said he didn't want my business, so I will not be ordering from here.

The waitress and manager were extremely rude to my wife.
The waitress brought us the wrong food. Then pushed the wrong food onto us which was stone cold.
And when we complained they made racist remarks about our our English accents
