Limited options for men's clothing and general quality of products seems to have dropped a lot in the past 2-3 years. Clothes have a strange cut and just won't fit nocely. Also, the materials felt very cheap and uncomfortable. The shirt I've tried on felt like wearing a plastic bag

The worst customer service I ever met in Zara all around the world. Consultants are rude and unpleasant every time I go there. Definitely will not support this zara. I hope they will change their stuff and do better. But it seems like it’s franchise or something and no one really care. So, do not expect a Zara level when you go there.

Customer servise on the second floor in mens fitting rooms is terrible. Specifically a tall employee with glasses, with no understanding with my disability when I needed my boyfriend help with clothing. I had to wait in front of men’s cabins balancing on one leg because of injury and do not let me trying few pieces of clothes there. I understand a rules and worries about woman’s clothes left in men’s floor, but the way how he told that to us was really awful. 🥲

I had only been to Zara once before in India and that was not a good experience to say the least, so i was a little apprehensive about going here but i took a leap of faith and just went for it and i was pleasently surprised. The collection was amazing and really affordable. I bought 7 different pieces of clothing in just 15 minutes. It was the least stressful and most shopping i have ever done. I went again the very next day to buy some shoes but unfortunately it was a Sunday and they were closed. Highly recommend.

I advice you to check better on your shopping assistants. In Brno, Czech Republic in the Česká street, the shopping assistants are just horrible - so horrible I just dropped dresses I wanted to buy after waiting in line for 10 minutes where these girls were just standing there and talking together. So unproffessional that I no longer wanted to support such a strore. Do something with it or you will loose more customers than just me!

Horrible service at check out. The gentleman was so condescending. Terrible attitude.
